La composition sonore installe une tension palpable entre surveillance et saturation. Le trafic sonore, saturé tout comme la bande-son, présente une qualité dégradée où l’enregistrement, du synthétiseur au micro, renvoie vers un extérieur inatteignable. Une forme de narration émerge : « quand se passera-t-il quelque chose ? Jamais, ou toujours ? ». Tout reste en suspens.

The sound composition creates a palpable tension between surveillance and saturation. The sound traffic, as saturated as the soundtrack, presents a degraded quality where the recording, from synthesizer to microphone, points toward an unreachable exterior. A form of narration emerges: « When will something happen? Never, or always? ». Everything remains suspended.

About the artist

Les projets que je mène explorent les relations sociales, politiques et écologiques, ainsi que notre rapport aux violences qui en découlent. À travers la performance, les installations sonores et sculpturales, ainsi que la micro-édition, je questionne ces thématiques qui prennent forme et sens par l’association de ces différents médiums.

The projects I undertake explore social, political, and ecological relationships, as well as our relationship with the violence that stems from them. Through performance, sound and sculptural installations, as well as micro-publishing, I question these themes, which take shape and meaning through the combination of these different mediums.
